How we handle disclosure, advertising standards, sanctions screening and record keeping.

Clips produced under a paid campaign are treated as paid promotion. Briefs carry the disclosure requirement for each platform, and submissions missing required disclosure are rejected at review.
Financial, health, supplement, gambling and legal-services campaigns are subject to additional review. Clients must supply substantiation for claims, and we will decline or restrict briefs we cannot support.
Clipper payouts are screened against applicable sanctions requirements. We do not onboard clients or clippers in embargoed jurisdictions.
Campaign briefs, submission reviews, verification decisions and payout statements are retained so that any billed view or paid clip can be traced end to end.
