Submitting a notice
A valid notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Links to the specific clips claimed to infringe
- Your contact details
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act
Our response
On receipt of a valid notice we remove the identified clips from the campaign, notify the clipper and the client, and hold associated earnings pending resolution.
Counter-notice and repeat infringers
Clippers may submit a counter-notice, which we forward to the complainant. Accounts subject to repeated valid notices are removed from the roster.
