For clipper accounts and roster management, Reizn is the controller. For client campaign material and campaign reporting, we act as processor on the client's documented instructions.

Categories of data
Clipper identity and contact details, platform handles, submission history, verification outcomes and payout records. Client contact details, campaign briefs and supplied source material.
Sub-processors
We use a limited set of providers to deliver the service:
- Cloud hosting and database infrastructure
- Transactional email delivery
- Payment and payout processing
- Aggregate product analytics
Retention and transfers
Campaign and payout records are retained for as long as required for accounting and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymised. International transfers rely on standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data. Requests are answered within thirty days; some payout records must be retained for statutory accounting periods.
