Billing and refunds

Campaign budget is funded before release, from a $300 minimum, and held against that campaign. Funds are drawn down only against approved clips and verified views.

Approved posts at the published post pay, and verified views at the published CPM. Views held or discounted by verification are never billed.

Unspent budget is returned when a campaign closes or is cancelled, less approved work and accrued clipper earnings. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within ten business days.

Raise any billing dispute within thirty days of the report it relates to. We will provide the clip-level ledger behind the invoice and correct any error we find.
