Access control
Access is role-based and least-privilege. Row-level rules keep clipper data scoped to the account that owns it, and privileged operations are restricted to a small operations group.
Payment security
Card and bank details are handled by our payment providers. We do not store full payment credentials on our own infrastructure.
Reporting a vulnerability
Send a description, reproduction steps and impact assessment through the contact page. We acknowledge reports quickly, keep reporters updated, and will not pursue good-faith researchers who avoid privacy violations and service disruption.
